Skytech-AIC has extensive management experience of both its own fleet of Boeing 747s and Boeing 777s (now sold), together with additional aircraft which are managed on behalf of third parties.
Aircraft management comprises the day-to-day preparation of invoices and collection of lease payments and the continual monitoring of financial, technical and geopolitical aspects of Lessee obligations including the securing of the timely submission of required financial data by the Lessee and the arrangement of annual technical inspections.
Owners and Lenders receive comprehensive quarterly reports, which are highly regarded in the industry, detailing all pertinent factors affecting the Lessee, the Aircraft and the markets for both. Constant, professional management ensures that problems of either a financial or technical nature are detected early ensuring that remedial action may be taken. Such remedial action can include, in extremis, voluntary or involuntary repossession.
